Our peer support meetings bring people together who are living with bipolar and mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver, we offer a range of support.

Hybrid Peer Support
Every Sunday at 1:00 PM, we hold a hybrid meeting in Calgary that you can attend in person or online. This week, the meeting will be at 3218 14 Street SW, a cozy cedar house named Rose Cottage, located across from the library.
Online Peer Support
Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays are online at various times.
Family and Friends Support
Tuesdays at 7:00 PM online.
